These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Bhavin Trivedi and you, the client, for our Proper Media application services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

We agree to provide event management services for your Navratri program as outlined in the booking agreement or proposal. Our services may include, but are not limited to, event planning, vendor coordination, venue selection, and entertainment arrangements.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon our receipt of a signed agreement and the required advance payment.

Payment Schedule: A non-refundable advance payment (booking amount) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your booking agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Late Payments: We reserve the right to charge a late fee for payments not received by the due date.

Cancellation by Client: In the event that you need to cancel your booking, the advance payment is non-refundable. Any other payments made may be refunded based on the cancellation policy outlined in your specific contract.

Cancellation by Us: While highly unlikely, we reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such a case, we will refund all payments made to us.

3. Client Responsibilities

Providing Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your event, including the date, time, location, and guest count.

Compliance: You must ensure that your event and all attendees comply with all local laws, regulations, and venue rules. We are not responsible for any violations.

Venue and Vendor Relationships: While we will coordinate with vendors and the venue on your behalf, you are ultimately responsible for any direct contracts or agreements with them.

4. Liability

Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sakshi Devendra Vadnere, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your event.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government regulations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

By purchasing a ticket for our Navratri event management services, including Dandiya events, you acknowledge and agree that all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for tickets once the booking has been confirmed.
